Moroccan Den/Dining Room

Description: Passing through the door on the left from the main living room, you take a few steps down to enter the Moroccan den/dining room. Here, you enter a very special little space with low, arched ceilings. You get the feeling you are in deep Morocco, where the floors should be lined with pillows. As you can see, there is a small window ahead.

Vision: The potential of this room is awesome. One could go with the Moroccan theme, ever increasing its authenticity, letting it be a place for lounging or meditation. Or, one could actually get rid of the floor, creating one very tall, cathedral-like room in the cellar. In this case, this doorway could be converted into either a balcony or a window. You could have two stained glass windows opposing one another. Another possibility would be to make this into a beautiful dining room. Lined with copper lamps, it would make for a very rich and memorable space.
